I just had the same problem and this worked great for me. Heres how to fix Wacom tablet issues on macOS High Sierra and Mojave. When I opened the Wacom Desktop Center, it read: 'No device connected'. Go to System Preferences / Security and Privacy / Privacy Tab / Accessibility / click the lock in the bottom left corner of your window to unlock (you'll need your password), then you can select the Wacom tablet in there. OSX Mojave 10.14.3 Wacom driver package 6.3.32-4.dmg (up to date, Jan 2019) Wacom Intuos tablet, PTZ-630 model I followed Wacoms website guide on how to go about the installation of the software. From Wacom Intuos 3 Tablet Issues with Mojave OS. Since this is a 32bit application it may be throwing off the settings. The Accessibility options seem to be key, initially. ***UPDATE***: Okay, the "Enable touch input" option in the Wacom Intuos desktop application gets unchecked when I get the service message "USBserver" needs updating. Upon restart it is checked and works as expected but becomes unchecked (randomly) quickly after reboot. My system unchecks the gesture box after a few minutes of use. The pen is not great in photoshop at all (easier to use the mouse) but the pen pressure loss is the most annoying thing. MAC OS 10.14.6, Macbook Pro Retina 15-inch, Late 2013, 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB Memory, TVPaint PRO 11.5. This is definitely a photoshop issue as the pen seems fine in Illustrator. ***UPDATE***: This fix does not appear to be a long term solution. Im running Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0.4) and Mojave (10.14.4) on a MacBook Pro (2017) and have an older Wacom Intuos 4. After the full reset everything is working great. The tic box would check but would immediately go away at first. What took me down this road is that at first I could not select "input gestures" and have it stick.

Once I cleared out the memory I launched Wacom desktop and even though my Intuos appeared under devices it did not display it once I attemtped to access any of their features. If you are unfamiliar with this look up the process for your specific system. What I did to clear the system out of old input devices is to do a reset on PRAM and SMC.
